At 1st Strike Soccer Schools our ethos is to promote football in a fun way and encourage children to enjoy sports, eat well and adopt a healthy active lifestyle.
Recently award winning 1st Strike currently is based in Soham, Cambridgeshire and has three FA accredited coaches who use their time and dedication for the love of football and its beneficial effects in promoting a healthy lifestyle, encouraging children to eat healthily and stay fit, and in building stronger communities.
Obesity is currently growing at the fastest rate ever recorded in Britain. It is a sad fact that children simply do not get involved in after school clubs etc. and are becoming a computer game and television bound society. We hope that we can at least do our part in our community to prevent this from happening and get children outside away from the T.V., exercising, learning about healthy lifestyles and above all having fun with other children.
Our aim at 1st Strike is to encourage children in our community of Soham and surrounding towns and villages to enjoy playing football and living a healthy lifestyle achieved through our 6 strikes of success:
