Award Winners

1st Strike Soccer Schools were nominated recently for an Ely Business award. On Friday 23rd October we attended a very nice black tie event and did not expect to actually win an award as we were up against 2 large businesses in the category, National Express and Waitrose who both do a lot for the local community. We were overwhelmed when our name was called out to be the winners of our category. We went up on stage and received our award and certificate and smiled our best smiles for the photographs for the Ely Standard. We would all like to thank everyone for all of your support and especiailly to the children that we coach every weekend, as without them our Soccer School would not exist. We all hope that the publicity that this will bring will only help us to grow 1st Strike bigger and better and allow more children to participate. Keep an eye out for the Ely standard this week, hopefully none of us had our eyes closed for the photo   :) If your son or daughter would like to come along to our soccer school then please contact us, we are always more than happy to receive more children.
