Our Soccer School
Our award winning soccer school is for boys and girls aged from 5 upwards of all abilities who are interested in learning how to play football. The school runs from 1pm to 2:30pm on Saturdays at St. Andrews School, Soham, Cambridgeshire.
Each course has 4 levels consisting of 10 weeks training which concludes with an assessment on week 10.
Level 1 - The basics
Warm up/cool down, passing, shooting, ball control, turning, heading, step overs, basic tactics, shielding the ball, kick off, throw ins, penalties, goal kicks and much more
Level 2 - Intermediate A
Taking the ball, overlapping, receiving balls, chipping, feints, power shooting, 1-2's, possession, corners, tackling, volleying and much more.
Level 3 - Intermediate B
Distance throws, heading, advanced turning, tactical corners, free kicks, reaction shooting, controlled passing, dribbling, positioning and much more.
Level 4 - Advanced
Advanced agility, defending, goalkeeping, freestyle turning, precision shooting, advanced tackling, advanced possession, team tactics, tactical awareness, team awareness and much more.
Academy
Once students have progressed through our structured levels they are then invited to join our 1st Strike Soccer School Academy.
Children are seperated from the children in the above levels and recieve more 1-to-1 coaching by us.
During school holidays, children in the academy are able to play as a team and compete against other academies and local football clubs.
Price
Each level costs £45. Each lesson on the level runs for 90 minutes and works out at £4.50 per child per lesson, the full 10 week level is payable in full in advance.
We also offer sibling discounts from the same family.
PAYG
If you do not wish to sign up for the whole 10 week course, you are welcome to come as a pay-as-you-go student.
Just pay £4.50 at the start of each session.
