Our Soccer School
Our award winning soccer school is for boys and girls aged 6 to 11 of all abilities who are interested in learning how to play football. The school runs from 1:00pm to 2:30pm on Saturdays at St. Andrews School, Soham, Cambridgeshire. Each course has 4 levels consisting of 10 weeks training which concludes with an assessment on week 10.
Level 1 - The basics
Warming up, cooling down, basic passing, basic shooting, ball control knee, ball control chest, ball control foot, basic heading, turning, foot on control, drag backs, keepy ups, step overs, being goalside, shielding the ball, kick off, throw ins, penalties, goal kicks, basic positioning and much more
Level 2 - Intermediate A
Taking the ball, Overlapping, One touch passing, Receiving balls at pace, Chipping, Dummies, Lay offs, Power shooting, 1-2's, Possession, Basics of corners, Jockeying, Tackling, Volleying, Control and much more.
Level 3 - Intermediate B
Distance throw -ins, Lifting the ball, Heading, Advanced turning, Complex corners, Acceleration, Free kicks, Quick reaction shooting, Controlled pace passing, Advanced dribbling, Advanced positioning and much more.
Level 4 - Advanced
Side steps, Advanced agility, Advanced defending, Advanced goalkeeping, Slalom dribbling, Advanced passing, Freestyle turning, Precision shooting, Advanced tackling, Advanced possession, Tactical awareness, team awareness and much more.
Price
There are 22 places available on each level. Each level costs £45. Each lesson on the level runs for 90 minutes and works out at £4.50 per child per lesson, the full 10 week level is payable in full in advance.
If you would like to book more than one sibling from the same family we will only charge the equivalent of £4.00 for each extra child.
